Whistleblowing

What is Whistleblowing?

According to the rules of the Whistleblower Protection Act, it gives employees the opportunity to safely report illegal or unethical conduct, thereby contributing to change.
At the same time, it provides protection against negative consequences of reporting, which in extreme cases could lead, for example, to dismissal or exclusion from the team.
Unlike a complaint, which is motivated by personal interests, whistleblowing highlights practices that impact the broader public.
